We have a permanent position based in Sydney CBD for someone who is passionate about driving high quality production to make a lasting difference.

The position can be tailored to suit candidates looking for part-time flexible working hours or days, or a full-time opportunity.

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

UnitingWorld is an international aid organisation, working with partners in Asia, Africa and in the Pacific to address the causes and consequences of poverty, injustice and violence. We are a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and accredited with the Australian government to access Australian Aid funds. We are an Agency of the Uniting Church in Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Production Coordinator is part of our dynamic Communications and Fundraising Team. Reporting to the Communications Content Manager and working alongside the Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing all our digital and print publications, carefully managing the schedule to deliver high quality, on-time, on-budget marketing and communications collateral to support UnitingWorld’s mission.

You will be the first point of contact with our suppliers, designers and consultants. You will rely on your keen eye for detail and organisation skills to ensure UnitingWorld receives funding to achieve its strategic objectives supporting communities in Asia, Africa and the Pacific. You will also ensure the delivery of digital content via our website and social media platforms.

The role is broad and covers many aspects of fundraising so will suit a keen and enthusiastic individual who is willing to jump in and thrive. We are seeking a highly capable and organised candidate. The successful candidate will be someone who can work to and hold deadlines independently, as well as collaborate in a team and problem solve. Background within the not-for-profit sector is preferred but not essential to success in the role.

The successful candidate for this position will be subject to pre-employment checks which include a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check.
